Searching for someone |

Builing a genealogical or historical site is not an easy job. It takes time, patience and some help, specially if your family has migrated. In Québec, all members of La famille Le Sauteur, can trace their origin from Jersey, Channel Islands. Needless to say that we have had to visit numerous sites that dealt with the genealogy and history of the Channel Islands, while building the family site. And we still do. We are very gratefull to the people who recommended us these sites. Without them, it would have been an impossible job. But as people visit our site, we, in turn, get more and more requests for help from "newcomers" in the field, searching for Channel Islands ancestry. We thought it would be helpful to them if we published links to the sites where we made our first important researches. Please note, that all site recommended by la famile Le Sauteur, are just loaded with information and can provide hours and hours of searching, besides the sections that we more specifically recomment, as a starter. |
